| Craig Lucas, President/CEO |
| Craig is involved in all day-to-day operations, and new business development. Originally, Craig brought to Renex an operating website and resources within the contractor community locally. He also had a business plan ready and financed personally all development to the launch of the company in December 2000. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Lucas served as the General Manager of a mid-sized construction company in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Prior to that, Mr. Lucas founded a modest marketing company, which he operated and eventually transferred to the local paper of record, after which he joined the newspaper becoming the top sales executive in the Publication Division. Mr. Lucas's entrepreneurial experience began with the operation of a family business, which he sold for a profit in 1991. Craig credits his work ethic and success to time he has spent working as a full time team leader in a non-profit organization. |

| Chris Payne, CFO |
| As Chief Financial Officer, Chris Payne has over 16 years of financial, operational and managerial experience combined with an in-depth understanding of small business. Chris is currently responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting as well as sourcing new capital resources. He has been with Renex since it's inception. Prior to joining Renex, Chris worked for the Nova Scotia government where he managed the launch of CEDIF (Community Economic Development Investment Funds), which allows small businesses to enter the public market in seeking capital. Chris holds a MBA from Saint Mary's University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). |

| Dean Mitchell, CTO |
| Dean is responsible for all computer related functions of the company including but not limited to engineering, IT and product development. Dean is responsible for the oversight and development of Renex applications including business productivity, human resources and web related integration with partners. His extensive knowledge of SQL, ASP programming, and Windows/Unix System Administration have been central to the success of Renex. Dean has a Computer Science Certificate from Dalhousie University. Before joining Renex, Dean also served as CTO of IDT computers. |

| Lorraine Kotyk, VP MARCOM |
| Lorraine is responsible for all aspects of communications and marketing. Lorraine has a BA in Communication from San Diego State University and a MA in Marketing Communications from the University of Hartford. Before joining Renex, she served as a director of Marketing Communications for ImproveNet. |
