It should specify the materials as well as all aspects of product delivery and installation.

Price is important when selecting a flooring contractor, but it should not be the deciding factor in which contractor you choose. If the quotes are very different in price, ask why one is higher. There may be some very good reasons that the others are ignoring. Make sure you are getting the best value for your money.
